All quotations and proposals shared by us are based on the details, drawings and site conditions available at the time of preparation. Prices, timelines and specifications may change if the scope or site conditions are different from the initial assumptions.
Quotations are generally valid for a limited period, which will be mentioned in the proposal. After this period, we may revise pricing and terms.
Orders are considered confirmed only upon written acceptance (such as email, purchase order or work order) and, where applicable, receipt of the agreed advance payment. Payment terms and milestones will be specified in the quotation or work order.
Prices are generally exclusive of applicable taxes and statutory levies unless otherwise mentioned. All taxes, duties and government charges will be extra as applicable under Indian law.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the site is ready and accessible for our team to carry out survey, installation and commissioning activities. This may include providing power points, conduits, civil work, clear access and necessary permissions.
Delays or limitations due to incomplete site readiness, restricted access or third-party dependencies may impact project timelines and can result in additional charges where applicable.
We will undertake installation, commissioning and basic user training as per the agreed scope. After completion, the system may be demonstrated and handed over along with relevant documentation, if included in the scope.
Any changes in scope after commencement (such as additional points, shifting locations or change of materials) will be treated as variation and may be charged separately.
Product warranties are as per respective manufacturers’ terms and may vary by product category. Warranty details will generally be mentioned in the proposal or invoice. Misuse, unauthorised modification or physical damage are typically not covered under warranty.
Our workmanship or service warranty, if any, and the duration of free support will be specified in the proposal. After the warranty period, support and maintenance may be provided under paid service or Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits or interruption of operations arising from the use or inability to use our website, products or services.
Our total liability, if any, arising out of any project or service will be limited to the amount actually paid by you to us for that specific project or service.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, layouts and software, is owned by or licensed to KRISHNA AUTOMATION and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
